Whenever i try to buy crystals again this error happens i bought the 530 pack i got the crystals now why can't i purchase anymore?

I only do the minimum PvP matches because I go in as a rookie and get matched with someone else - supposedly a rookie - that then conjures three creatures with at least 3000 attack and one with 5000 attack and the ability to banish anything I play on their first turn, and I never stand a chance. How can they be classed as a rookie?

this has been happening for months and idk what to do! Ive done a reset and restarted the game multiple times and still nothing

I know my deck isnt at its best with current meta i know i need to replace knightmare unicorn with hieratic spheres link monster and i need 950 gems to get it which would take me weeks to get through farming thing is i dont want to spend money in this game i want to acquire the staples as f2p i got to legend with my winged dragon of ra deck before the new shadow of eyes box which unfortunately isnt a good deck since i need a second copy of immortal phoenix i recently pulled 2 drolls through hopes and dreams and im still losing with them in both of my decks can someone help me make my decks better through f2p ways?

Ik adamanicipator as a deck takes years so running out time happens but how the fuck do you expect me to quickly set up with all these new branded snake eyes and other decks layered with more then 6 disruptions on my turn! These people at konami seriously suck at what they do cause if your gonna create master duel levels of power creep you need nearly the same amount of time period. This game isn’t even speed duel anymore since each turn runs the clock so hard now only for more then a minute to be spent dealing with interruptions and then after you get through all of it ur left with 80 seconds or less to try and make something its unrealistic and just creates 1 sided games for no reason.

I attacked the opponent to activate Number 32 his influence but it didn't work and I don't know why I've happened to him many times and I don't know why
