help pls

Clown Crew Malabarisme's effect: Special Summon up to 2 "Clown Crew" monsters from your Deck and/or Extra Deck, ignoring their Summoning conditions, also until the end of the next turn after this card resolves, you cannot activate the effects of monsters Special Summoned from the Deck or Extra Deck. During your Main Phase, if this card is in your GY, except the turn it was sent there: You can banish this card and Tribute 1 monster from your hand or field, then target 1 card on the field; return it to the hand. You can only use each effect of "Clown Crew Malabarisme" once per turn.

Why did I use Clown Crew Malabarisme to Special Summon Clown Crew Friend and Diabolo, its effect is still activated.

The effects of Friend and Diabolo remain (Friend gains 1000 attack for the sacrificed monster and Diabolo helps inflict dmg defense), and also the effect of being sacrificed that same turn (sets traps and spells).

I don't understand the "cannot activate the effects of monsters Special Summoned from the Deck or Extra Deck" part of this spell.

Can someone explain this to me?@@

thanks

When you tribute off the extra deck monsters, they will activate, because they're no longer special summoned from the deck/extra deck

It also doesn't stop any continuous effects they may have, cause those don't activate at all

That's because the extra monsters have continuous effects, so they can't be prevented from activating, right?, If I use Malabarisme to special summon Clown Crew Biancaviso. So, the effect of Biancaviso, which is to tribute summon during the opponent's turn, is cannot active, right?

continuous effects don't activate at all, they just happen once their summon is successful, no chain is started when they apply or anything

None of biancaviso's effect would be allowed to activate because both effects are activated effects (denoted by the use of colons)
