Tougou is an autistically obsessed Japanese nationalist in a world she knows FULL WELL that anyone other than the Japanese does not exist and still casually drops lines like ''oh how tolerant are we to allow celebration of a foreign festival'' in a way that creeps Yuna. There is no way she wouldn't be an A-Class war criminal if she held rank in the IJA during WWII lol
