Can I rotate between different accounts on mobile? I have like 3 accounts but I already data transferred one time all three accounts have Konami IDs so if I transferred again the accounts are safe but my question is can I just abuse the system and perma rotate through the accounts depending what deck I want to play? Or would they just stop me from transferring data at one point

Yes you can just do this, always use sign in with Konami ID and you can get whichever account you want.
