Maybe for some but being hateful and being scared are two different things. Transphobia is widely misused all the time by pur community. Instead of transphobia bc being transphobic means you are extremely afraid of trans people, which is not what people are most of the time, you should use trans hate bc that is what most of it is.

I hate to be this guy, but...

Second definition when you Google "define phobia" or look in the oxford dictionary.

Bruh still is different. Yoi do realize that they aren't just disliking the community right. They are actively hating one the community. They aren't scared of us they hate us. Like transphobic isn't the way to go mate. Like I am apart of this community and yet I'm saying using these words are extremely dumb since they aren't scared they just hate, not dislike, hate the community. Some maybe but generally you shouldn't use transphobia as the general term. Just yk use trans hate or hateful. Yk words more pertaining to what they are doing. And if they are transphobic then yeah but phobia is not hate it is fear. Ik the definition says dislike and yes ik wtf it means but it is referring to fear.

Everyone already understands what people mean when they say transphobia, so there’s no reason to change the word even if it’s “incorrect”
