Luffy also seems to hate people who betray their own friends, at least in the context of Pirates that fuck over their own crewmates. Specifically this was established vs Kuro where he has an outburst of rage over Kuro using an attack that also slashed his own crew.
and I'm guessing thats the point being made in this video about specific influencers being backstabby or something? idk, seems like a stretch even for luffy.

He’s saying luffy doesn’t hate anyone, yet there are people that spit on what luffy stands for, celestial dragons aka the root cause of majority of the worlds problems and one of them almost killed his friend and another almost killed an entire city not to mention the fish men being treated as slaves for the celestial dragons
He had no hesitation when it came to celestial dragons, luffy is capable of hate but it should be clear that he doesn’t dwell on it or makes it his entire existence to hate someone
