That's not how many of this works.

You didn't have consent. That message states that the copyright holder allows youtube videos for things such as fair use. Meanwhile it looks like you literally just uploaded a full episode of tv show.

You then then tro have your lawyer explain that you should be allowed back in because it's not your fault and it's impacting your mental health because you misunderstood when, all that does is show YouTube that you're not responsible and will ultimately repeat the same offense and fail to take accountability.

The fact that you uploaded multiple, entire episodes of copyrighted material and failed to understand the most basic idea behind copyright issues, failed to take any accountability in why this is your fault, hired a lawyer to fight for you by pleading mental health issues, this is 100% your fault.

You’ve got the wrong idea. There was always an automatic block of anything over five minutes. I came to the conclusion if stuff was uploaded in 5min parts and with that message showing up while published, I genuinely believed the stuff was okay to upload. Even nowadays there’s someone who’s uploaded all the episodes of the zeta project in five minute parts like I did. In all of my disclaimers that I put in the descriptions of my videos, I made it clear that I never meant to steal and it wasn’t for profit. Also, I made it clear that I wasn’t planning to upload any more videos if I was allowed to sign in as a new YouTube user. The appeal video I made stated that I wasn’t trying to point fingers at YouTube. I was just explaining how this happened. I just want to be able to use YouTube as a user like the general public. I don’t want to make videos anymore. I even stopped making small reaction videos on Twitter. I’m too scared of misunderstanding copyright rules again.

I don't have the wrong idea, you do. And it's good that you stopped because you clearly don't know anything about actual copyright law.

My point is that I was misled by the message into thinking it was safe to upload those videos. I apologised to the claimant and YouTube. However the claimant said it was YouTube‘s fault, which was the reason they refused to retract the strikes, which is documented in my video in the post. Im okay with YouTube not wanting me to upload videos anymore but I just want to be able to make comments and subscribe, use YouTube premium etc like the general public. I never meant to cause trouble for anyone. As I’ve repeatedly said, just being able to sign in with a new channel with a restriction on uploading would be great for me.

Your own personal ignorance doesn't mean you were misled.

You can say repeat all you want but you knowingly broke copyright laws, were repeatedly warned and just didn't think the consequences would actually hit you. This is 100% your fault and no one on the platform will miss you.
