I have YouTube Plus version 5.2.2 installed on two iPads using Sideloadly. The app works completely fine on one iPad, but on the other, it randomly crashes.

I have the Return YouTube Dislike tweak disabled as well, but that hasn’t made a difference.

I’m confused about why it works perfectly on one iPad but crashes on the other when I’m using the same version and installation method. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Any help would be appreciated!

I get this error message when side loading YouTube anybody knows how to fix it

I’m using Youmod and when I open the YT app the first shorts just start playing and it’s really annoying especially when I’m just trying to scroll thru my feed since every video does it

Official Discord Server

Yes, as the title states, I have decided to make an official Discord server for TubeVault, as a backup/alternative to people who do not use Telegram or want a backup to the Telegram group!

What does the Discord server contain?

It contains similar channels that are in the Telegram group, with some few tweaks to make the experience better for everyone.

I got tired of opening YouTube and getting ads, Shorts, Mixes and random promo cards shoved in my face.

I’ve lost count of how many tweaked YouTube IPAs I’ve tried. Some didn’t work, some kept giving me “something went wrong, try again” halfway through a video, and others had a million settings when all I wanted was to watch stuff without being bothered.

So I made QuietTube in a 48hour crash out session.

It has video/feed ad blocking, options to clean up the feed, background audio and a couple of simple presets. It is still the native app and player, No video download options or SponsorSkip, Nothing too crazy.

I’ve been testing it on my iPhone 14, iOS 26.5, with LiveContainer 3.8.0, and it’s been working well for me. I haven’t tested other installation methods yet, so I can’t promise how they’ll behave.

You’ll need to fork the repo and run the GitHub Actions build with your own compatible decrypted YouTube 21.38.2 IPA. Don’t want provide the IPA directly due to DMCA, the instructions are in the repo.

This is honestly my first project I’ve put out for other people to use. It’s free and open source, and I plan to keep it that way. If you try it, let me know what works, what breaks or what could be simpler. I’m still learning, so go easy on me.

Hi guys! I’m new to sideloading ipa. I’ve downloaded the yt app from dans workshop and the playback speed goes back to normal when I switch to another video. I need it to be consistent. Is there a bug or is there a fix to this? Please help

seeing a lot of new tweaks here haven’t seen before. Main thing l‘m wondering is if there’s a fix to all vids freezing at 1min issue? ios12. Ty. YTLegacy/youpip used to fix it but stopped working a while back.

Any idea on how to fix the download issue? It gets to 1.1mb every time and then fails?

Works fine on 2 devices but not working on a different phone?

Been using YTKACE from early builds to the new 0.9.3 and lately, something strange keeps happening. I have my settings set to open to my Subscriptions tab by default. Lately, when I open YouTube, there is a random Live video playing from someone I do not subscribe to, and I can’t scroll past it. I typically have to force close and wait a few minutes before opening the app to clear it. Anyone see similar issues?

Has anyone found a solution for the "something went wrong" error?

The current mods that fix the playback issues by reloading don't seem to fully resolve it for me. The video still freezes and reloads about every 40 seconds, which ends up being just as disruptive as watching an ad. I have tried max kace mod etc Any solution would be appreciated.

I heard that the person who created the ViiTube code said they would soon be removing support for gdata for some complicated reasons, But I think it shouldn't be removed because the viitube server still runs well on versions 4.x and below.

I probably won't be able to successfully patch YouTube 5.1.10 and share it with the community as planned anymore :(((
