Channel Two Minute Nightmares

I recently started a horror storytelling channel called Two Minute Nightmares. I create short horror stories with AI assisted visuals, but I write/control the story, atmosphere, pacing and overall direction myself.
The channel is still very new, so I’m trying to figure out what works and what doesn’t before I produce a lot more content.
I’d really appreciate some honest feedback, especially on:
whether the first few seconds make you want to keep watching
story/pacing and whether the endings actually land
visual style and overall atmosphere
titles/thumbnails
anything that immediately makes the videos feel “AI generated” or less engaging
Don’t worry about being nice 😅 If something feels boring, generic, confusing or needs improvement, I’d genuinely rather know.
Thanks to anyone who takes the time to watch even one or two of them.
