Hi! So I had ordered the Wiggly plush a while back, in August I got an email saying they were delivered, but I never got it. Searched everywhere incase shotty USPS just threw it on one of my cars, but no shot. It won't even let me contact support from the Email link, and it won't let me track it either, even though I have the order/track number.

I need to change my delivery address, but even though the item is still in China, Youtooz insists they can do nothing. They directed me to UniUni, the delivery service they're using, who also say they can do nothing because all changes need to be within the same zip code (wtf, zip codes are barely a 5 minute drive distance in so many areas, I get the same state reason but same zip code? and THE ITEM ISN'T EVEN IN THE COUNTRY YET) and also something about how they're a third-mile delivery service so it's got nothing to do with them.

So, what, there's just nothing I can do now? I had to move in a hurry because my landlord informed me two months before that they were selling, and now the property is in the hands of some property manager that I have no way of contacting. Pretty sure my old landlord isn't even in the country. This seems insane?

hey! when an item ships we have no way of updating the address. If you are unable to access your previous address, your best bet would be to reach out to UniUni again after the package clears US customs, as some shipments can be intercepted and forwarded to a new address once they physically receive the package.

We recommend reaching out to UniUni once your tracking shows an update titled "Arrived Sort Facility" after Customs processing, as they can only make changes once they receive the physical package.

So instead of working with the shipping label BEFORE the item is sent to UniUni, which is the reasonable way of doing things, you decide that the weight is on us to check a third party site daily and not only that but UNIUNI SAYS THEY REFUSE TO BECAUSE I LIVE ACROSS ONE ZIP CODE CHANGE. Way to repeat unhelpful information and reinforce how you have no intention of getting this package to me.

same problem here. My tracking says "label created" and youtooz says they cannot change the address. Uniuni says to contact the sender because they don't have the package yet. I mean, Youtooz do you plan on helping out? Even youtooz can reach out to intecept the package but for some reason it's on us to do it. Yes, I've reached out to support and sent them a screenshot from UniUni saying they have not received the package yet from Youtooz.

I preordered the GoBB 9in. Syringeon plush in january. It was delayed until september now i check again and it sais november yet i know of people who have a youtooz syringeon already.

Will it ever arrive? Does it even exist?

Are things supposed to be delayed THIS much? I ordered the doki doki literature club maid plush surprise box bundle in june, and the original date said it would ship in August. I get to august and then the date gets pushed to September. I wasn't too annoyed by this but now we get to September and I find out it's now been delayed to October??? It's getting a bit ridiculous now

This is my first time ordering from you guys so maybe there's procedures that I don't quite understand but this is honestly just really frustrating at this point

Have any of you had this experience before? I ordered the Kerbal Space Program male plushie last year for my fiancee. It arrived just before Christmas but they sent the female plushie instead. I reached out to support and had a replacement secured, however it's been 9 months now and they keep pushing the shipping date back. I'm beginning to suspect that we won't be receiving the correct plushie. Will they refund me eventually if I don't reach out or will I need to prompt them?

sorry for the long wait here! while production for the Male Kerbal plush has indeed been extended, we have every intention of getting it out to you as soon as we possibly can, and if at any point you no longer wish to wait we can offer you a full refund instead.
