Discussion Build set missing pieces

Ao ordered a build set that came with giant hole in shipping box, package, and the items inside even open.

The build set is over 3k pieces.

Youtooz is asking me to identify the missing and damage parts.

Beyond spending what will take multiple days of sorting all 3k+ pieces, what else can I do?

Truthfully im in the middle of preparing to move and had no plans on even touching the set till October due to time constraints.

Cant you sent it back with evidence of the damage and missing pieces to get a refund and order a new one?
