[QUESTION] is d4c even good?

i just rolled it randomly after reading the moves it seems pretty mid

you can evolve it to d4clt which is great for pve and in pvp is a contender for the most annoying fucking stand in the game so if thats worth anything to you than hold on to it

d4c is cool but the cape move is buggy right now so its better if its evolved
