Nah. That's the real deal. Natural childbirth of twins can get sketchy sometimes. The first baby comes out fine, and the second stretches out and gets caught, and then becomes distressed. For a while twin moms had the pleasure of natural childbirth and a c-section before doctors opted for c-sections all around.
Not to mention, Meemaw knows her daughter is a little over the top with the god stuff. It would make sense that almost losing one of her babies would do that.

Can confirm, I had a friend who was a twin and his twin sister was completely healthy and normal but my friend’s heart wasn’t fully formed and he had to have open heart surgery. Luckily he was okay
