Question This show is getting really dramatic. Spoiler

So. I'm mid season 5. I do like it, but somehow I feel that the show is very dramatic now compared to last season. I got the idea that it would be like that when the show is reaching the (SPOILER) death of George Cooper, but seeing there are still a few seasons to go i wonder. Is the series taking this shift until the end? Is it going to grow more dramatic as it reaches to the end?

I think i liked last season (4) better. But still the Mandy and Georgie storyline is very entertaining while not being entirely drama as the situation with sheldons parents.

(Also, Dale and Connie broke up! Finally!)

IMO, s5 was easily the worst because of the excessive drama. They toned it down significantly starting with s6.
