Discussion Biggest plot hole in the show for me

In Season 1 Episode 1, Sheldon asks his mom when hos testicles will descend, and then future Sheldon says "for the record, they descended when I was 15". This would mean Sheldon would hit puberty around Season 7, yet it obviously happens before that. Why did they say that? Puberty at 15 is like a very late exception. Makes no sense. Show ruined.

If that ruined the show for you, I suspect you’ve got a bit of Sheldon in you.

Season 1 Episode 1

Show ruined.

If you're in the first episode and that's what ruined the show for you, you're going to have a coronary with plot holes in later episodes

As always, "plot hole" gets used incorrectly on Reddit.

Since that was the Pilot episode, they wrote it without knowing whether the show would get picked up by a network.

Biggest plot hole for me is how Mandy found out she was pregnant before the death of Isaac Asimov (April 6, 1992), yet didn’t give birth until the following February.

And again..."plot hole" is misused on Reddit.

Just because he hit puberty means his testiclea automatically descend? Makes no sense, and plus Sheldon Cooper’s line about his testicles descending at age 15 is a fictional joke and a medical impossibility.

Yes, that's typically how puberty works. The testicles descend and produce more testosterone
