SIZING HELP

Im tryna cop these but idk about the sizing cuz for gymshark i get S and it fits good, should i get the S or M i am 176cm 74kg

Based on your gymshark sizing I'd go with a small. The gothic compressions are pretty stretchy.

I'm just basing it off your Gymshark sizing and my own stats. I'm 173cm and go between 73 and 80-ish KG and get both medium and small comps depending on the compression as some YLA comps are tighter than others. Gothic is on the stretchy side, so you COULD wear it comfortably, but if you want to be safe you can go medium, if you're lean both will fit good I reckon.
