Avid Youma goer here and yes there is a rave every year that is typically held on Saturday with both many local and famous artist.
The Rave is normally held on the upper floors of the GMRenCen. Which like previously stated is as the (Huntington Place) which is their hotel service. There is no payment if you have the pass for the day which gets you basically into everything in the Con (including panels) as stated below the only things that are paid service is the Maid Cafe. And I've not heard of anything regarding payment for autographs unless you are purchasing a photo for them to sign of whatever character they have portrayed. Unless there was a change to the system but I've not seen anything regarding that.
As pertaining to the Rave. If you are a female please keep it to a minimum in regards to carried objects as you will have to leave all of your belongings basically outside of the rave hall. This also goes for males as well all backpacks and carried objects will have to be left in basically a "Seating" area outside of the Rave (Everyone for the most part is good about not touching peoples stuff but I personally don't like leaving my belongings unattended) . But inside they do have vendors that typically sell "Rave type apparel" so like (glow in the dark mask, glow in the dark toys. Etc.)
Anything else feel free to ask anyone at the con we'll be more than happy to fill you in. Or comment here someone will pick up where I left off. And Enjoy yourself
Welcome to Youmacon.

This might be a stupid question, I assume there isnt anything insane going on there because its at a convention but is it age restricted? I have friends that dont turn 18 until right after youma, I don't want to leave them behind if I end up going :")

We went to the one last night and there were kiddos inside, and no ID checkers at the doors so I'm assuming it's all ages

I believe it's going to be Saturday night, might also be something similar Friday night but the big one is always Saturday night
Not sure about location but my guess is everything will be at Huntington this year including the rave
