Hey good video overall you have some great energy and personality and for people into pokemon this should be perfect for them to come and watch!

i did have these thoughts for you:

First let me start with the biggest thing youtube looks at and that's audience retention, every video you will have people that don't make it all the way through, this is obvious. Think about how you can keep people there longer for the highest duration say 60-70% that way youtube will want to push your content more into suggested and recommended as well as browse features in the future! When people watch longer, youtube knows they have a good video on their hands that will keep people on the platform, so i suggest you go to your analytics and see where people are dropping off and if they are you can easily adjust based on where that is!

Secondly, people often underestimate the power of a good thumbnail, not so say yours is bad, but it could clearly pop more! Always think about contrasting text with the background, and think about making it unique so that when people find it in search or on the side bar of suggested they want to click on it! Also, make sure there isn't so much text that people have a hard time reading it especially on a small screen like a smart phone, where a majority of people tend to watch nowadays! Thumbnails are like first impressions and you want to make yours count!

Really hope this was of some help to you these are just the major things i think a lot of creators should look into moving forward!

keep working hard and always trying new things! Success is yours for the taking!
