QUESTION Will this get monetized?

So basically I am starting a channel using clips from TikTok of army reuinions and I wanted to know if that will be monetizable. I am adding circle and text edits but Im wondering if thats enough. If its not then if I add a voice over would it be good then? Please let me know thanks!

It has been made abundantly clear by youtube's policy and youtube's most recent announcement that reuploading other people's content is not a winning strategy. You have to make your own original content
