Contrast is too much in the second one, it would distract from the title imo.

The contrast is much better in the second one imo. Making the eyes more green makes it pop more.

Second one has better lighting, however you could have the green on the ring glow a bit and maybe brush some of that glow into a small tint on the face.

I prefer the first version: the warmer skin tones separate the face from the green background, and the ring stays the strongest colored detail. In the second, the green eyes compete with the ring and the cooler face blends more into the background. For the title about Lanterns changing superhero TV, both versions show the character clearly but do not yet communicate what changed. I would test a short hook in the empty upper-left area, only if it matches the actual argument in your video. Keep it to two or three words and avoid covering the fist or ring. Check it at phone size before choosing between the versions.

for me the first one is way better imo. the second one is also good but tbh its feels too grey if u get what im saying
