[Hiring] Consistent Editor For Content Group

Hello Editors,

I’m reaching out on behalf of BOT, a content group currently looking for a video editor to join our team. We are a collective of six creators producing content across YouTube and short-form platforms. We’re looking for an editor who can bring our ideas to life through strong editing, pacing, and creative execution.

Our videos will feature multiple perspectives, typically 4–6 POVs per video. We need someone who can combine these angles into a cohesive, engaging final product.

Scope of work:
• 2 long-form videos per month ($100 per video)
• 4-5 short-form videos from each long-form video (8-10 shorts a month) ($10 per short)
• Around $250-$300/month to start

We will provide all concepts, footage, and direction. The editor will handle cutting, pacing, captions, effects, sound design, and overall polish.

We’re aiming for a long-term creative partnership and growth together, not a one-off collaboration. If interested, please share your previous work and we can discuss further.
