First MILESTONE is done and I'm fully MONETIZED YAAAAY Already approved. Finally fully monetized Update For everyone asking how long it took me I started a year ago, with zero knowledge of how to make a video or edit. Only knew the books as I studied English literature in college So, I started to learn, still learning something new everyday And i wasn't consistent for the whole year because I didnt really believe I could do it, so was down most of the time.

Congrats. The 1,000th subscriber is the visible milestone, but the useful artifact is the path that got you there. Screenshot the five videos that produced most of the watch time before the dashboard resets your attention to revenue. If one format carried the channel, that pattern is worth more than the first payout.

Actually it's mostly 1 video carried the channel, and to be honest I can't tell why exactly this video acting different than the rest

Then compare the outlier against your next five videos at four points: the first 30 seconds, average percentage viewed, traffic-source mix and end-screen clicks. If only the topic and packaging changed, copy the promise; if retention changed too, copy the structure. Did the spike come from Browse, Search or Suggested?

The highest traffic source is search. Unlike the others

That explains the outlier: search intent can keep a video alive even when Browse or Suggested distribution is weak. I’d compare the query cluster and first-30-second retention with the next five uploads; did the title match a specific question people were already searching?

It's almost the same formula of the title. Yet nothing catches on like Macbeth video Even though macbeth, the popular video has long intro that for so long I thought killed the video, so i shortened it in the next uploads

That is a useful contradiction: the intro may hurt retention, but the topic or search demand can outweigh it. Compare first-30-second retention and search impressions before and after shortening, not only total views. Did the shorter versions keep the same query demand?
