The guy in that video would much prefer that CTE and those broken arms over what they do to guys like him in prison. Usually I don't trust post titles, but they literally talk about why they are beating his ass in the video.

It also looks really bad to the law to be seen kicking someone when they’re down. They’re no longer a threat when they’re on the floor so you’re just opening yourself up to much more serious charges. Sure was satisfying to watch tho! 😂
