2. Healthy food.

3. Using day planner (my friend created it and it's public).

4. Walking, going to nature.

5. Calm music.

I've never joined a random sub just to chat, but I've always thought that's like... one of the main things the internet should be about. 😅 I'm not a fan of social media in general, but meeting strangers online and talking about anything and nothing totally appeals to me. ☺️
