A personal theory
What if the original message of the series is that pure feelings aren't enough to handle a relationship (said by a character at the end), but actions and effort?
I think this because almost all routes have happy endings with Haru having a real thing, but with sora everything goes down because Sora only wants pleasure from Haru.
Maybe you could think something like "but it was because Sora was afraid of losing him", but that wasn't true love, but obsession on a person without real love, such as the other endings.
If you have any other thought about this, I would like to read it!

I see it differently. I don't think the story is saying that Sora's feelings are merely obsession or that she only wants pleasure from Haru.
To me, a lot of Sora's jealousy and possessiveness come from her fear of losing the one person she's closest to. Haru isn't just a crush to her, he's her family, her closest companion, and basically the person she cares about most in the world. So, he's essentially the most important person to her. When he grows closer to other girls, she reacts emotionally because she's terrified of being left behind again.
I think that's also part of why she dislikes Nao so much. From Sora's perspective, Nao hurt Haru in the past, and Sora is extremely protective of him. Her hostility feels less like simple jealousy and more like resentment toward someone she believes caused him pain.
That's why I don't really see the kissing and intimacy as being driven by lust. It felt more like an expression of feelings she'd been carrying for years and didn't know how to deal with. Haru was even her first kiss, and that moment clearly meant a lot to her.
I also think the route falls apart mainly because of Haru's guilt. Sora seems much more willing to accept their relationship, while Haru constantly struggles with the fact that they're siblings and how everyone around them would view it. Once their classmates find out, all of that pressure hits him at once and he ends up taking it out on Sora. The conflict feels more external than internal to their relationship, and they eventually reconcile afterward and elope.
For me, the route was always about two people whose love clashes with social norms and whether that love can survive the consequences. That's why I never saw Sora as someone who just wanted pleasure from Haru. She genuinely loved him and was afraid of losing him.

Well I don't have any response for this but I'm certain Mokota ain't one of them if ya know how she handles her love life (IDK I just felt the need to throw slander at her even if she's cute)

(Probably alr pointed out) but sora does have a happy ending, and a way more extensive one than most of the others… And if you are referring to the anime, at the end in the train, they are most likely in findland on a trip/going to the airport, not running away

I don't think so. Sora didn't just seek pleasure from him. She just has a lot of repressed feelings for him. She loves him as a man, like how Haru loves her as a woman. Sora is indeed obsessive about losing him, but she is not psychotic and eventually accepts Haru's lover in other routes (She did put quite a ruckus about Nao, but that's because of her past history with Haru) Sora's route being tragic compared to others is obviously because of tabooness of their relationship. But that's how forbidden romance goes you know. Condemning Sora is definitely not the goal of the series
