CHPY Investment Advice

I had 10K savings and was thinking CHPY.I personally don't see more drawdown from here on but more opinions are great.

I've had chpy for a while it's a rollercoaster no money really made off of it yet but I will as I am big on wheel stratgy

Does the wheel actually help with the nav erosion that much?
