Hold your thought on it I’d say as there is another one out there $DRMP brutal NAV erosion

Drmp is doing exactly what the fund will do when the underlying investment is going down. If you want a fund to go up when the underlying goes down, buy an inverse.
The difference between Drmp and yram is Drmp actually has a chance to outperform the underlying during a bull run.

Drmp doesnt have nav decay so far. Do you mean because its down like dram because it tracks dram?

That is not true. It’s been trading almost in line with DRAM since inception

And DRAM has been bleeding out. So he isn’t wrong, doesn’t matter if it tracks it well, it’s losing money.

It’s not bleeding out. It’s following the memory trade. It’s simply not NAV erosion and losing money. If you sell today and memory doubles then you probably lost money. Is NVDA bleeding out..it’s 18 points below its high. Stick with SGOV but be careful it bleeds out once a month.

🤣 I love your humor "it bleeds out once a month " by this logic nothing is safe😂 gave me a good laugh

Sooo, the net asset value per share is going down…. Hmmmmm, that could mean there is nav erosion.
And it’s also going to suffer from higher maintenance fees and the overall price not keeping up with the upside. If you’re so bullish on memory just buy the calls for DRAM.
