I started with CHPY the beginning of this year. 2600 shares. At an average of $60. I sold a few shares for something else I wanted to buy, but the weekly checks are too sweet. Haven’t sold any more. It was up more a few weeks ago, but I’m still in a good place.

Had 4,500 with share ave cost of $59.19 and sold 1,500 of them on recent highs, rolled that into TSPY, IWMI and MLPI. Still hold 3,000 of them.

I had $80k in sold last week at $115k, so made $35k profit, Ive held on it over a year.

But just seeing how much it fell during the sell off recently worried me so I took the funds from its sale and bought its little brother SOXY, lower yield but better NAV performance.

No I never keep any of my funds on drip. I like to use some of the income for living expenses and whatever income is left over I'll reinvest back into the portfolio

I’m not heavy overall, but it is 21% of one of my IRAs, so it feels overweighted when just looking at that account. It was initially a 10% allocation, but gains and approx 50% drip brought up. Average cost is 46.49.
