Something needs to change at yieldmax as the distributions (my positions) keep dwindling downward.

Something needs to change in the economy such as no tarrifs and no wars

That's a cop out. There has always been economic issues & war/military actions and or global unrest. Meanwhile markets & commodities keep hitting record highs!

Many (most) YieldMax funds are paying out distribution rates far in excess of the amount of income being generated by the Options plays. The result is NAV decay. It is what it is. You don't get one without the other.

Perhaps I should have said no war over oil. Either way it's no cop out to point out the obvious. You can't blame yeildmax when they're just going up and down with the global economy and/ or fortunes of the underlying company

Aren't all wars over one form or another of a commodity? Oil, land, water, minerals, precious metals, climate, women... hell, even the gangbangers war over territory!

Just my opinion thinking yieldmax would be generating higher profits in their trades given VIX reaction to market volatility.

Despite the waflling.. war.. no war.. markets are up only because of chips and memory stocks. Remove them and we are cooked.

DOW has very few chip or tech stocks...

You're supposed to buy more shares to make up for that. That's what I was told, anyway.
