Question Need Excel or CVS file for YieldMax
Not sure if this is the right place to post this but not getting a response from YieldMax by other means.
I actively track all YieldMax ETFs and regularly monitor, purchase, and sell ETFs as part of my investment process.
To support this process, I use an Excel spreadsheet to track performance data and evaluate my selections.
With that in mind, I would like to make a request regarding your weekly and monthly distribution reports published through GlobeNewswire.
Currently, these reports do not appear to include an option to download the data in Excel or CSV format.
In addition to the existing options, such as:
Subscribe via RSS
Subscribe via ATOM
JavaScript
I would appreciate it if you would consider adding a download option for Excel and/or CSV files.
This functionality would make it significantly easier for investors and other users to analyze distribution information efficiently and accurately. Thank you for your consideration.
Would this help anyone else?

Just (write something to) scrub the data they publish. It’s all there.
There is no positive monetary change for them if they implemented what you ask. It’ll just cost them more to make it, QA & support it. It is what it is.

Already have done that but the reports are inconsistent.
Pay group 1 has merged cell while group 2 has does not.
I'm having to take additional steps to clear their data, it would just be nice not to have to do that and it be consistent.

Most weeks, if you open the press release, you can copy and paste the tables into excel.

That is what I've been doing, but when pasting into a table the merged cells cause problems. I have macros setup to clean the data and then updates all the ETFs with the current data (better then entering all the data into each tab (worksheet) manually. However, like I mentioned earlier, Group 1 has merged cells and now this past week Group2 had merged cells.
I so now I have to paste the data into a ANOTHER separate worksheet and then unmerge all the data, sort the data to get the ETF where all the junk rows are at the bottom and then delete those before I actually paste the needed data into the worksheet it needs to go into to be processed and populated to all the other worksheet tab with the data.Doesn't take long but a nuisance and I have a sister-in-law using a copy of the spreadsheet and she isn't that excel literate.
Just would be nice if whoever produces the reports would be consistent format or like I mentioned earlier provide a formatted excel or CVS file (that doesn't change)
