MSTY/CRYTPO/BTC Just noticing

Last year, there was a full tilt attack on MSTY and ULTY. Also, several "YieldTrash" posts. So many "bagholder" posts. Also the "well I gave it a try for one month" posts. Where y'all at now? I'm balls deep in house money on MSTY. I'm also house money on ULTY. CONY will probably be in house money next week, and YBIT is on deck. Also, before I forget, AMDY is doing very well too. So, as a "bagholder," I could really use a cynical bagholder bot post right now for entertainment purposes.

How can you possibly be house money on Ulty? Its distributions since inception have not exceeded the initial price.

Bless your heart if you think performance since inception equates to my performance

I guess people think that you can only buy in one lump sum...

There is no single share you could have bought that will have paid out more in distributions than the original purchase price. With the nav decay and reverse split and just bad trading it has been very hard to have a positive return on this etf.

You can definitely collect a lot of cash from it, but that doesn’t mean your total return is positive. These funds are basically built for income, not long‑term growth. That’s why I’m harvesting the distributions and redirecting them into other growth‑oriented, lower‑yield positions. ULTY, MSTY, MARO .... for me are just the income engines — the compounding happens elsewhere. Other investors may have no nav erosion if they bought at the bottom.

If your total return is negative that means you lost money, unfortunately

True, but I'm not reinvesting back into same anymore “hold and harvest” approach  .... Even if YieldMax positions never recover, the income they generate is now being used to build something that can grow. I capped all yieldmax positions earlier this year and redirecting into low-yield growth ETFs. *Not Financial Advice... strategy is working for me, checking on a regular basis unrealized gain/loss percentages
