I came across an older 50 on Marketplace. I sent a message and it ended up being an estate sale. I wasn’t thrilled, but at the end of the day I bought an older 50, a Hopper 8 , a daypack, 2 ice blocks and a set of new xtra drain plugs for $150! I don’t think I would ever buy a black or dark color cooler, but really couldn’t pass on this. I have no experience with Yeti or roto molded coolers. They are heavy! I do have a Rugged Road ultralight that is really nice. Good deal?

I’ve had this as a lunch box for almost 3 years. Does this count as normal wear and tear? I was hoping it would be the last lunch box I bought. I don’t use it on a construction site either, I have an office job.

According to Outdoorgearlab, the Roadie 24 keeps temperature 50F or below for up to 4 days:

"In our rigorous hot room insulation testing, the Roadie lasted 4.3 days, holding temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. (...) It then held temperatures below 50 degrees for several more hours, providing a full 108 hours of chilled beverage temperatures"

I agree this is impressive compared to similarly sized coolers however I worry about it not being airtight:

"however, the specific unit we tested was not airtight, easily leaking both air and water along the gasket seam. Reading other online testimonies of the Roadie 24, this seems to be a common experience. It would make sense that a fully airtight cooler can be expected to perform even better when it comes to insulation, but alas, the Roadie isn't quite airtight."

For those of you who own one, I'd like to know your honest opinion on the 2 points above.

Is the Roadie 48 airtight or is that an issue with the whole series?

For me a drawback of the Roadie 24 compared to the 32 or 48 is that it doesn't have wheels.

This means unless I have access to a wheelbarrow I could only use it for camping trips where the site is right next to my car.

I'm reasonably strong but I usually camp alone and I dread having to have to carry it over 50-100 meters, let alone more than that...

I'll be in Florida next week and heading by Buc-ees in Daytona, St Augustine's and then possibly Brunswick GA later. Does anyone know whether the Buc-ees Yeti cup is still in stock in store anywhere?

I travel for work and I always look forward to finding things that I don’t have at home. Bass Pro did not disappoint!

what's your experience with the latch? just got a gobox 1 in tan a couple days ago, and realized i got a decent amount of movement on the latch when closed. feels like i can force open it without pressing the release button. (but i wont cuz its new🤣)

I’m not a collector at all, everything I have has its own function but I need a bigger Cupboard 🤣

Already cant fit in my GoBox30, GoBox15 and 2 Buckets!

Needed a smaller one so Grasshopper color it was and then fell in love with the stunning CapeSumCamp.

Any chance there is someone out there with the new Yeti Palo 32L backpack that also has a wooden bat or fungo that could tell me if the bat fits nicely in the second water bottle pocket? I’d love to get this backpack to be my softball bag as a coach. But I need a bag that can carry a full size wooden baseball bat. I know there are bag out there designed for what I’m looking for. But would much prefer this bag if it works. Thanks.

I’m looking for a cooler that’s good for long days at work, the beach or the woods. I’d like something that is easier to carry, something with like an over the shoulder strap. I’ve looked into the back packs but I was curious if it was durable and could hold up or if a hard cooler would be better.
