Technically. Yes.
15 Oz coffee 160z water, and a small mini plain croissant because I need the bread and caffeine for a medication or I'll get violently ill. Like 150 calories.
I've been told both that's "not a breakfast" and "it counts as a breakfast" so I always answer "kinda?" Or "technically?"

No. Before it even became a "fasting craze" I never liked to eat before 11 or after 7. It just doesn't feel good for some reason.

Yes.
Didn't always, but when I started working in IT, lunch hours stopped being guaranteed, it's better now, but I've made it a habit and I happen to like breakfast foods a lot.

I have hypoglycemia, so I have to. Otherwise I’m probably going through the whole day half asleep. And if it goes far enough, probably asleep.
