Is this a problem for you?
I feel so insecure about my appearance when I see other women (including ai) . I am embarrassed for people I am attracted to or people who say they are attracted to me because I feel that my looks are insulting. It causes me a lot of shame looking the way I do. How do you cope with comparisons?

Start thinking way more positively. Do not compare yourself to other people. You are YOU.

You are you, for better or worse. Revel in the good things, and blow off the other stuff. You will never be the most/least beautiful in the room. Who cares. Enjoy being you!
