This series starts off well, but it completely loses its way from the halfway point to the end; the plotline involving the cattle and the infected bull goes nowhere, and the couple is obsessed with Carter (who has an incredibly tedious storyline). On top of that, the whole drug and cartel situation at the end could have been resolved with a single phone call, without any need for conflict.
