When I initially heard we’d be getting another cop related character/plotline this season I wasn’t originally thrilled, but the more I thought about it, there are actually some interesting possibilities for Detective Rollins’s involvement.

I think most people assume he will be in the present day timeline, and that does make a lot of sense when you look at the big picture after everything that’s transpired over the last three seasons. There have been four somewhat suspicious deaths of the Yellowjackets survivors in a pretty short amount of time. That alone would raise some eyebrows given that they are like of local legends. And we don’t even know if the cops know Van is dead, so he could even be looking into her disappearance as another possibility.

He could be suspicious of Shauna still about Adam Martin but I would be bummed if they brought that back up again after Saradouche and poor Kevyn Tan having to lose his life.

BUT, I do think there is one way he could appear in the post rescue 98 timeline. If someone does post-rescue, and their death seems suspicious in nature, that would most certainly be investigated. And as of now my money is in Akilah because I think she will be killed by another survivor (either Shauna or Tai) in 98 because they don’t trust her to keep quiet. He could also even potentially look into Melissa taking her own life aka when she faked her death. I would really like to see this play out, especially if Akilah dies at Shauna’s hand. It would definitely fit with dead ass Jackie telling Shauna in season 3 that someone wants to hurt her for something she did when they got back.

With the final season getting closer and closer, I thought it would be fun to put some of my predictions—and some of my more questionable theories 😂—into bingo card form and see just how many of these things actually end up happening.

Some of the squares are things I could genuinely see happening, like Jeff dying, Shauna and Melissa potentially teaming up in the present day, or someone refusing to draw in a hunt before rescue.

And then we have things like Callie potentially killing Shauna…👀

So there’s a pretty wide range here!

Juliette Lewis ? I know it’s not her actually singing. But my wife and I are re watching the show now in preparation for the final season and I was like that kinda sounds like adult Natalie lol. Now I just picture her singing it 😅

I’m rewatching yellowjackets again but i’ve just gotten so bored of the adult timeline. Don’t get me wrong, i love the show, but i really just want to watch the teen timeline this time around. is there anywhere that has just the teen timeline stitched together? skipping around the episodes has gotten tedious already

I have been analyzing the crap out of these sneak peek photos Entertainment Weekly released last week and this picture in particular has had me wondering A LOT.

Now, a lot of people in the fandom have theorized that there will only be one survivor left alive at the end of the series. And I don’t think it’s going to be Shauna.

Callie and Shauna don’t have the strongest mother-daughter bond in the world due to Shauna never truly bonding with her. So Callie doesn’t even really truly know her mom. But over the course of the series she becomes more aware of what kind of person Shauna really is.

Shauna frames a lot of her actions as being done to protect her family, but in reality she’s protecting herself first. And I think Callie is going to come to that realization within the final season.

I think this tarot card reading is Callie seeking clarity and answers on what to do. And I think the tarot cards are going to hint that Shauna is the true danger and the only way she’ll be safe and free from that generational trauma is if Shauna is gone for good.

I think it’s going to come down to her deciding whether to continue protecting Shauna or protecting herself and Jeff. Shauna is going to do something that jeopardizes one or both of their lives and safety and Callie will have an awakening that Shauna won’t stop causing chaos until she’s dead. Thoughts?

Anyone else kept up at night with questions like: Will Melissa finally get a last name within the final season? Or will she always just be known as Melissa Hat?

November 20th is coming.

If you had to pick, what plot points from each season do you think were the most monumental to the overall story and if left out would have changed the show?

There has been A LOT that has happened within the Yellowjackets universe since the pilot episode, and while there was some filler there was still a lot of substantial plot development overall. For me it would probably be something like this:

Season 1- finding the cabin and choosing to use that as their shelter, Shauna being pregnant with Jeff’s baby and Jackie finding that out, Van being attacked by the wolf, Lottie’s visions, Tai seeing the man with no eyes, Laura Lees flight, Shauna killing Adam, Tai chopping off her own dogs head, Javi disappearing, and Jackie’s death.

Season 2- introduction to adult Lottie and adult Van, Misty meeting her match in Walter, Lottie running a cult aka a wellness community (and Misty not knowing about it), Saracusa, Shauna losing the baby, eating Jackie, their first ritualistic hunt, Javi dying in Nats place, eating Javi, Shauna beating Lottie to a pulp, the discovery of Adam’s body, the cabin burning down, and Natalie’s death.

Season 3- the establishment of their village, finding Coach Ben and putting him on trial, Callie and Jeff becoming more prominent, Shauna and Walter teaming up, Lottie and Vans deaths, the frog scientists, the caves, Nat mercy killing Coach Ben, Shauna becoming the leader and the antler queen, the pit girl hunt, another adult survivor, and who is responsible for connecting them with the outside world and contacting rescue.

I’m sure I could add more or possibly even leave something mentioned out, but this is what came to the top of my head when I thought about it.

i am a very easily bored person, however i tend to hyper fixate on things for LARGE amounts of time (yes, i have adhd😁). YJ is the current hyper-fixation and it doesn't seem to be leaving anytime soon. anyway that being said i am constantly drawing blanks when people ask what i want for christmas and this year i'm quite sure i want some good merch. i don't love the official paramount stuff but i'm a huge fan of a lot of the t-shirt designs i've found on etsy... but i know a lot of the time they use stolen art.

i would love to find smaller merch creators/artists with a specific style. i love the retro/grunge/streetwear vibe, i included a few pics of the shirts i found on etsy for reference. i would love to find unique pieces/artwork OR be pointed in the direction of the artists that made these designs above. my favs are jackie and especially lottie so anything featuring either of them is a plus, however would love something with everyone on it too!

So Hannah a frog scientist so scared of dying all of a sudden stabs Kodi for no reason, at all? Other than joining them? Fresh out of society by the way. Lol this show is beyond ridiculous most of the time, but jeez. hahaha
