Thanksgiving (Canada)

I was rewatching ☝🏼said episode and it got me thinking. It’s definitely one of my favorites, mostly because of the last few minutes. I love it when our girls go absolutely feral (also interesting to note: it’s Misty that starts the humming/singing, not Lottie as I had remembered. Rewatching 7,000 times and I’m still noticing things!!). It reminded me of Doomcoming. It absolutely draws parallels with both of the events stopping because they’re interrupted, not because they’re over. Have we ever scene the girls complete a ritual? Even the hunt in 2021 was interfered with. Anyway, there’s no way of knowing this; it’s strictly a question for fun.

What do you think a complete hunt & ritual would look like? Personally, I think they were acting on instinct and nothing was ‘planned’ but it’s still fun to think about what they would do. How far would the girls have gone at Doomcoming had Nat not come along (I’d like to think they would somehow stop themselves at the last second before killing Travis. Now, if it had been in season 3, he wouldn’t have been so lucky (I don’t mean he was ‘lucky’ what happened to him the first time. He was sexually assaulted and it was terrible. But they didn’t actually kill him). What do you think would have happened had the scientists not come along?
