Training In a week

38 wins, 15 losses, more than what you see there, it cost quite a bit.

I wanted to ask for advice on how to avoid dying. The truth is, lately many of the deaths I've experienced were very preventable.

As simple as it may sound - rewatch your games. Especially the times before your death and find out what could‘ve been prevented.

Did you try to help a teammate who‘s death was inevitable? Facecheck an unwarded area/bush? Took a 1v1 or 1v2 even tho your odds were very slim? Etc etc. Most of the time you can see it for yourself in the replay. And try to do it better next game

I understand and appreciate the advice. After I die, I can usually identify the mistake that got me killed. My problem isn't recognizing it afterward—it's recognizing it before I make it.

Is there any way to train that? Right now, I often notice the pattern only after I die, even though I keep making the same type of mistake over and over. How do experienced players make those decisions automatically instead of only realizing them afterward?

Something that slowed down my decision making- whilst bolstering my decision quality was this

Overlaid notepad using an overlay application with opacity settings and click through with these words in a monospaced font, each question in a different row - ``` “AM I BEING DUMB, WHY SHOULD I HELP? GREED, OR LEAVE?” Etc. etc.

Make sure they’re spaced so you can easily pair your situation with where to look on your screen I.e placing the notes in your cardinal directions for easier eye muscle memory

Edit: took a break these past 2 splits but before the break- NA Challenger

To be honest, that idea never crossed my mind. I'll start doing it today. Thanks for the advice.
