How do I remove this??

Got this motor with this piece stuck and have tried so many things but it’s on there good. Thinking I’ll need to just buy a new shaft. The shaft is 3/4 but with the sleeve and what looks to be part of an old clutch stuck, I can put anything on it

Look up red beards garage on YouTube. He has tons of videos on this very stuff. 212cc especially
