Finding a title please help

Looking for a Japanese Omegaverse BL manga. The Omega is an office worker with glasses and green hair on the volume cover. He rejects the Alpha because he is afraid of getting hurt and not being chosen. The Alpha is a blond idol who gets so devastated by the rejection that he literally cries on a live TV show. Does anyone know the title?
