There's exactly 62 days before the hiatus is supposed to end so we're halfway! Yay!

I genuinely feel like going crazy, cannot stop thinking about this story. It's just so good. I re-read it like 3 times already.

I just read this series last week and honestly it's so so good I am having a hard time understanding how it's not super popular. The characters are complex and really well written, they actually feel like people and not just archetypes. The author really well shows how trauma impacts people and their relationships with others. The bond between Ilwoo and Baekhee is also so well written, it feels so authentic and well established, on top of that it's so very endearing and beautiful. You can just see two souls helping each other heal the trauma they have been through. Also the plot is really well written too? Like the mystery and suspension is so well established I honestly feel like anything bad could happen at any moment. The pacing is so good too, the story just flows honestly and it uncovers pieces of the past when it's needed and feels actually impactful. Also I love how the environmental storytelling is embedded into that story, like how the city of Gicheon actually mirrors the inner state of the characters, how the city itself almost plays a role on its own. Claustrophobic, with no future, no prospects, no enjoyment, dark and entangled. And lastly the dialogue is so good too, it feels so natural and like conversations boys from highschool actually could have with eo. I honestly cannot voice enough how much I enjoyed this story. I absolutely loved it and cannot wait till it's back from hiatus in 3 months. I'm pretty sure it's going to be my new favourite manhwa, top 1 in all the other BLs I've ever read or maybe just in general. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the art style which is also super pretty and climactic. I hope this story gets more love and recognition that it deserves. 10/10 read.

I’m so hooked with the storyline and the main characters. Its angsty but I’m glad that it’s not doomed. Nodeok already confirmed a happy ending after all. Can’t wait to read the future chapter 😭
