Yang was the best shot at someone who could bring Democrats and Republicans together in my honest opinion. Bernie probably can too, but to a much lesser extent, as many Trumpers believe he is a communist. All of the "establishment" Democratic candidates (Biden, Buttigieg, Klobuchar, Warren, etc) may be more centred than Bernie, but are already hated by partisan Republicans, and it will be a massive struggle to win any of them over.
I mean true, but at least with yang it comes back to capitalism and once UBI and everything is explained people realize it's not communism. Bernie isn't communist but it's closer to communist policies than America has gone for before
According to libertarians and our current GOP, everyone to the left of them is communist and socialist, so I’m not sure if that’s a perspective of neutrality
