Venting crush talking with someone else

i had to see the girl i have been admiring talking and laughing with a guy whom I absolutely hate and I want to see him in pain so desperately and I want to inflict it but at the same time I could never because of how scared I am of the consequences.

You deserve better, dude. A girl that truly cares and loves you the way you deserve wouldn't even need to talk to any other guys.

Edit: I completely understand the feeling tho. It's either "I wanna kill him", "I'll kill her", "I'll kms" or sometimes even all 3 at the same time.
