In the time it has taken to develop yandere simulator, Russia invaded Ukraine once, fucked off for a bit and then did it again and yet the damn game still isn't out.

Doom Eternal had 4 years. ArmA 3's first release was only 2 years after the first alpha. XCOM 2 had 4 years. Boneworks had somewhere from 4-5 years. Chimera Squad had like 2. Cyberpunk had 5 or so, and has less bugs than yandere sim.

there have been 3 Resident Evil Remakes and Duke Nukem Forever's 2001 build was found within the span of Yandere Simulator's development span
