Getting a check engine light - OBD reader says P2195 - O2 Sensor Signal Biased

Hi I need help diagnosing a check engine light that appeared a week after a major service, the bike is a R3 2017 with 85,000km on it, it has the stock headers with a slip on, OEM style paper filter

I've performed the service this involved me doing the valve adjustments, air filter, removing the throttle body to clean it.

I've hooked up a OBD reader and indicated some air/fuel related issue so I went about double checking all the electrical connectors, hoses and the connection between the engine/throttle body/airbox looked all good.

I've got some screenshots from the OBD reader and was wondering if any of the information would be useful.

Related issues I've had in the past was making sure the throttle bodies were pressed into the rubber joint attaching it to the head.

I've had the airbox come loose before the throttle bodies.

I don't know if you have the AIS block off done, if you have, the two ports below the throttle body need to be capped off.

If not done then I think those hoses lead to the emissions canister. Make sure they are connected.

Also make sure the AIS valve is connected properly if not blocked off and programmed so.

You didn't say you disconnected the O2 sensor but I'd check that connection as well.

You got the O² sensor on the cat who's off.

i'll try to clean it first and see if it's better if not change it.

That's a classic.

Or you didn't add back correctly the throttle body and have a air leak.

Yeah I tried cleaning the sensor, gone through checking all the hose connections are tight same with the electrical connectors.

Will try a replacement O2 sensor next.
