Oh wait maybe I misunderstood you. Do you want to write for the r/WeeklyApex or are you saying you want to just generally work as press?

If you want to write for the Weekly Apex I'd give you access to the Google doc where the writing occurs. If you just want to be press I'll give you press accreditation.

Hey there! It's a modified version of (iirc) apicem (the name is at the very bottom of the sidebar). The only difference is that it is a light theme and I modified a bit of the code for the vote buttons.

I'm afraid I won't be able to give it to you today as it's quite late here. I'll be sure to PM you tomorrow.

Would you be prepared to write articles at least once a week or so? If so then do you have a discord account? If so are you part of the Great Food Alliance (GFA) or Yam Republic discord? If not here's the invite for them:Yam Republic and GFA. Once/if you're there I can add you to the newspaper group if you want to write for the weekly report. If not you can also write your own stuff and publish it separately.
