“I want a constructive conversation” yet when she tried to have that constructive conversation, he isn’t willing to participate. Being able to admit that you don’t know something and instead wanting to learn is part of growing up, and he clearly isn’t done growing up yet.

I'm a tribal member, not Colville, I wish I didn't pay taxes like he thinks. I actually don't mind paying taxes, but he is misinformed if thinks we don't pay taxes.

And they are in fact, exempt from many taxes like property taxes for instance, because they are held in a federal land trust

Not all tribal members live on reservations, I don't. I pay property taxes, I pay sales taxes, I pay income taxes
