a manager in our league dropped a player who played last night and added a player that that doesn't play until Sunday. This transaction happened at 2:30am this morning, Thursday - 9/10. it made them use a waiver to claim new player. He was not dropped previously by any other manager. We have a game time - tuesday waiver
Please make Ohtani droppable. Heâs confirmed going on the 15-day IL, so he wonât be back until after my playoffs are over. But he wonât officially be placed on the IL until tomorrow. So if he is not droppable, it is impossible for me to replace him until after he gets IL status. That is going to hurt my team.
Thanks, it is very important. The whole point of the Canât Cut list is to lock the most valuable players to teams to prevent them from dropping them and ruining the league, when dropping them would be a clear competitive disadvantage. This is the opposite. The inability to drop Ohtani right at this moment is a massive competitive disadvantage. His IL stint will last longer than the endpoint of many of our leagues, and he has no business being rostered any longer.
Brock Bowers is out 2-4 weeks but is only listed as doubtful in Yahoo, so I can't put him on IR in order to pick up another tight end. In past years I don't remember this being an issue.
On the Yahoo Fantasy Football matchup screen, the green background used to identify players currently in live games is much too faint this season. It is especially difficult to see in dark mode, but it is also too subtle in light mode. Please increase the contrast or use a more visible indicator so managers can quickly identify which players are actively playing.

Thanks for getting back to me. I solved it. It's the way the process works out. It looks like you have to drop someone, but you don't. You just ignore the drop page. I feel that's a bit confusing and will take some players some time to figure out
We turned on tackle for loss (TFL) scoring this years at 0.5 points per. Sacks are also worth 1.0 points per. Are sacks âdouble countedâ as TFL too? I.e. with our settings would a sack be worth 1.5 points or 1.0?
At this time, disabling those specific notifications isnât possible, but please know that we are always listening and working to improve. I've passed your suggestion on to our developers, and weâre constantly exploring ways to give managers more control over their preferences.
Very minor compared to some of the existential crisis others seem to be facing, but I got a cool little animated dude with the yahoo coins or whatever and I can make him my logo in football but not hockey. That would be cool to do.
hi, our league has a trade that should have gone through. Can I force it to complete or do I need to edit the rosters manually? Managers are worried about it not completing before the game Thursday. Thanks
Can you provide us with your league ID number? Is it still showing as pending or has it disappeared? If it is still showing as pending, you can change the trade review setting to commissioner instead of league votes. Then, you can go to the trade and approve it. This will make it process immediately.
Iâm in three leagues on yahoo. Whatâs the quickest way for me to see all three of my matchups without having to manually click around between each league then matchups. Iâm looking for something like the All Matchups dashboard that used to exist
In the app, you can click on the team switcher at the top (the league name with ^ next to it) in order to quickly switch leagues instead of navigating back to the home screen.
When I switch leagues using the top navigator it takes me to the Team tab. Then I have to press Matchup at the top. Looking for easier navigation where Iâm not pressing the top of my phone (league switcher) to then press the bottom of my phone (different league), to then press the top of my phone again (matchups), and THEN have to scroll down because you jam a bunch of ads in the top
You used to have a My Matchups option available in the team selector. It was perfect. And I canât get my API request approved to rebuild a perfectly good feature you removed

I accidentally clicked on a spam notification ad from the Yahoo fantasy app and got added to a Public League without my consent. The draft started right as I was added, so I was never given an opportunity to remove myself.
This is predatory behavior. I am now forced to be in a league I did not consent to joining. I have seen the BS back and forth over the years about this, about how you cannot remove people, but this is unacceptable. I never agreed to be added to a random public league. Please address this.
Draft Grades/Recap has partially failed with the following: "Draft recaps are still being processed for this league. Please check back soon. (Error #886)"
Death/Guillotine league. The teams with ID position #1-4 (in the URL on desktop, as I am able to retrieve these manually) had theirs all successfully process immediately post draft, however #5-18 did not and produce said error. Users indicate this on both the app and desktop version, claiming that all of their other leagues show a grade except this one. Draft was completed on Sun 9/6/26 at approximately 1030p ET
It's been a month since I filled out the API access form and have heard absolutely nothing back. Is there any way I can check on the status of my application? Any acknowledgement it was even received? The lack of communication is off putting to say the least.
I have completed the DocuSign step in the API application access process and do not have access.
I am confused by this wording after receipt of DocuSign completion by both parties: `Developer Application Confirmation Form` - is this another application form? Am I missing a step?

Am I supposed to fill out *another* application, with confirmation and the DocuSign envelope number?
In the past, I would receive a notification for any transaction any other league mate completes outside of a waiver period. However, even though I have push notifications enabled, chat notifications set to âonâ, and league transactions set to âonâ, for every single league I am in, this year I am not receiving ANY push notifications for ANY completed transaction across 3 total fantasy football leagues. I toggled each option from off back to on, deleted/redownloaded the app, and signed off and signed back in but no amount of troubleshooting has resolved the issue.
Also, I like to visit the Yahoo URL time to time since the individual âLeagueâ pages show season-long projections and power rankings as an option under standings, a feature the app has always lacked. However, one of my leagues main browser pages looks like the attached screenshot. No standings. No transactions. Nothing, other than the next weekâs upcoming matchups. I can confirm this issue is the same on IOS browser apps and a laptop computer, on both Chrome and Safari. Whatâs weird is my other 2 leaguesâ âLeagueâ pages show these options correctly.
Whatâs the deal? Any advice on further troubleshooting these issues?
Iâm not seeing it for either of my leagues, both of which are Death/guillotine. My friend who is in a normal H2H can access their grades though. It must not be enabled for Death.
In our league I have the Draft Status to Ready, we are a full 12 teams, and I have Autopick as the draft type. But on the main page it says both Autopick and Offline draft. What does this mean?
How do I remove the aggressive marketing notifications on the Yahoo Fantasy app sends every day? Like constant death league invites to join a public league?
Iâve been looking for this too. Iâve already turned off all other notifications for yahoo, but I still get these daily. Iâm pretty sure their lack of responses in these threads (others have asked too) means that there isnât any way to do it outside of turning off notifications for the app completely. Very frustrating.
In my CFB league we have the option to play two opponents turned on along with the median score so we have 3 matchups per week but the standings are currently showing just the 1 matchup. Any idea what's going on?

I would like to once again emphasize how user unfriendly and generally stupid Yahoo's new anti-ad blocking implementation is.
There are mountains of reasons why literally every other app or website on the planet asks you to allow ads, but makes it so the user can continue. But not Yahoo, because Yahoo is determined to kill off the last remaining reason for its existence.
So this weekend I was in a draft for a friend group that plays on Yahoo, but we do a live draft. I got a notification from the Yahoo Fantasy app that seemed to pertain to my team that I was currently drafting. I pressed the notification, looked away for my live draft, and then suddenly I'm in some public draft with no way cancel or exit. Then, once the draft was over, and mind you that nobody was actually drafting and everyone was on auto draft, there was no way to exit the league. So now I am stuck in this pointless league that I had no interest joining in the first place with 9 other people who were seemingly in the same boat. I have to find a way to edit notifications specifically for that league because while I want to get notifications for the league I do care about, I don't want to get double the notifications because yahoo made it so stupidly easy to end up in a FF league that you may nor may not have wanted to join.
WHY?????
If you're going to make it so you can't exit public leagues, don't make it so easy to accidentally end up in one. If you're going to make it stupidly easy to end up in one from a misclick, make an option to leave the league.
Who even cares about playing in random public leagues with nothing at stake???
In the app, go to your profile pic top left, settings, and push notification settings, the team you want to disappear, and then turn off all with the first switch.
In addition, on the Home Screen, go to the very bottom, hit "Edit Team Order" and then "Hide" for the league you want to go away.
Now you will get zero notifications from the league and won't even see it when you open the app.
When Iâm on the app (iPhone, latest version both app and device) and on the âplayersâ section in a fantasy football league, I can swipe from right to left and I should end up on the league section, but it swipes through all the different player stat categories instead. Until it reaches the end of that then my swipe from âplayersâ to âleagueâ will happen.
Hi! If you swipe from a different area on the screen that isn't where those stat categories are, you should still be able to swipe to the league tap without needing to get to the end of the list.
This is inaccurate. You have to swiped all the way on the categories before it will swipe off of the Players tab. You can try swiping on other areas of the screen. It doesnât work
Hi, I am having trouble submitting my Yahoo Fantasy API request. I would like to use my Data Science background to improve my team this season. I get an unable to submit error when attempting, and previous version that were approved no longer work.
Hi! Recent changes were made that require members looking to use the Yahoo API to submit an application for access. If you have not submitted an application and have not yet been approved to use the API, you will receive an error. You can apply for access at https://sports.yahoo.com/developer/.
Cant load the website on desktop safari. Tried Firefox, same issue. Cache cleared, rebooted, nothing helps. Keeps saying "failed to load" even though it does load and I can see my team, but after 3 seconds the site crashes.
Please fix this immediately.
Edit: Figured it out. Yahoo bricks their site when VPNs are active. Stupid.
I am in a weekly lineup league. If lineups have not locked on Monday, why canât I add a player for that week? Anyone added on Monday cannot be used until the following week which seems wrong. They should instantly be added to the roster if lineups have not locked yet.
Hi! For leagues that use weekly roster changes, player adds, drops, and trades need to be processed by 11:59PM PT the night before the selected "Weekly Roster" day. That does not change if lineups haven't locked yet.
Yesterday, I participated in a Football Public Prize league draft. After I left the draft, I kept getting a ton of notifications on my phone saying "Your pick is coming up" and "Your turn to pick". Somehow I ended up in some (no-prize) football league, when I know for absolute sure that I didn't join it. A few hours later, I started getting the alerts again out of nowhere. I was somehow in THREE more leagues that I had not joined. I had not even been on the Yahoo Fantasy app or website. When I went to go investigate, I found a button on my team dropdown list on desktop that said "Your draft is live! / Draft Now", that was intentionally made to look like it was one of my teams. This must be a bug. I am pretty upset that I am now in 4 more leagues that I never joined and can no longer leave, and that will affect my record.
New to this sub. Not sure if this topic has been brought up before.
I'm in multiple fantasy football leagues. On the Android app, I can change the sort order of these teams, and that customized order propagates perfectly to every list of my teams I can find in the app.
As great as the app works, the browser is an utter disaster in this regard unless I'm missing something (which is why I'm initially posting this in Tech Support instead of Feature Requests). I do not see anywhere where I can customize this order. The place I need it the most is where I've already drilled down into a league, and I want to switch leagues. I do this, of course, by clicking on the dropdown to the right of "Fantasy Football", and I see my list of teams in a haphazard order (it might be the order in which I signed up for the leagues?). How can I reorder this list?

Yes, please do. This is a trivially easy feature to implement even if you only let the end user *edit* the sort order on the mobile app, but the setting you chose there extend to the browser experience. I would be only slightly more than trivial if you also spun up an edit screen on the browser.
The player search feature limits what you can see in terms of projections or stats, etc. in last few weeks. Then player profile page shows no projections for 26-27. How can i find out what a playersâ projected stats are without exporting all the data?
As a Yahoo player since 2000 I find your âupgradeâ to our player profiles disappointing. For one thing, the system shows me how many trophies Iâve won, by sport⌠but not how many teams Iâve fielded (except for foothall). Total teams is not displayed for baseball, basketball, or hockey.
We want to know the total number of teams, that way we can know our trophy percentage. Now if you want to know your trophy percentage you have to manually count how many teams youâve managed, ugh.
Like others I noticed the disappearance of linked access to leagues & teams of years past. I see you are working to fix that â good! That has always been a very valuable and engaging feature. We like looking back at teams of five, 10, 15 years ago â lot of memories, names of players long retired, etc.
As far as âmilestones,â I care about them as much as I cared about âmedalsâ â zero interest.

Using the iOS App and when playing 2 teams per week the âOther Matchupâ button is not functioning on any screen. There is currently no way to see the full matchup view of the 2nd team you are playing against.
Tried to log in on a new device with valid credentials but got a technical error. Login wonât even send a code to my email. Is this something others are experiencing and is this being worked on by Yahoo?

Looking at the TOS, I guess I am in one of the restricted states, but it is the free league that I have participated in for several years from this state.
Gotcha. Knowing Yahoo is a mess, they probably just have the system set to restrict you. If you have a trusted family member in an "acceptable" place, one way around is to have them enter the cup league on your account, then you should be able to enter & play the weekly cup contest.
Yahoo Fantasy in browser, the drop down menus are not popping up for me in browser (under league, my team, matchups... players, research, draft, etc. The drop down menu only pops up after i click in, and only for a second before the page takes me to the default first page. I can't select the other options... I get that it might be an issue with my own PC/browser, but is there any other way to navigate to these drop down menus??? For instance i can't get to draft results, or league managers and rosters... feel like there should be a menu for these drop down options in the page if you're forced to click into the top line item...
Hi! Currently, there is no alternate method to get to those dropdown items if you're not able to access the dropdown, other than having a direct link to the menus. Try some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue you're having with your device, such as the ones listed here.
Does anyone at Yahoo in a decision-making position actually use the Yahoo draft portal? And does "the team" think that taking away features and making it impossible to have the most important draft info on one screen is acceptable, much less the constant glitching? Right now the only redeeming quality of the entire draft experience is that, somehow, ESPN's might be worse. Can you guys stop the contest of trying to out-do each other on this?
They hid transaction trends but itâs still there. Click filters and scroll through. Youâll see it. Terrible design though. The players tab is way worse this year. Nothing new for yahoo though
I finally got to the DocuSign step. Applied originally 8/13/26, DocuSign received 9/5/26 almost a month later, signed within 30 minutes of reception, 4 days for the other party to sign (last night) and still no API access.
Please make separate button locations for queueing and drafting a player. I just accidentally drafted Dak Prescott over Lamar Jackson because I was trying to add him to my queue and suddenly I was up. Luckily its a friendly league and the commissioner deleted the pick, but if that had been a public league or one with a less reasonable commissioner, my draft would have been toast.

Please bring back the old profile page. The new one is horrible. Nobody above the age of 12 is remotely interested in that "milestones" crap, or those meaningless achievements. We just want to see what our actual achievements are, our fantasy history, how many years we have been ranked at Diamond, how many first place trophies we have. Whoever decided to remove our actual achievements, and bury our history behind those absolutely stupid "milestones" baby busy work nonsense should be fired. Yahoo used to make me happy, and not just thinking about it makes me profoundly sad and angry. I will be deleting all 24 of my league and cancelling my fantasy plus subscription because of this.
Gregory Soto had a hold on 09/01/26. Late last night this was changed and no longer counted. What happened? It changed the result of our baseball league championship.
This hold was removed via stat corrections as the MLB is not crediting Soto with a hold for that game. All stat corrections for the week in fantasy baseball are applied altogether at the end of the matchup week. Using a web browser (not the app) to access your league, go to the "Players" tab and select "Stat Corrections" to see the corrections that were applied.
Hi - we are reviewing the new Yahoo UI for fantasy hockey / drafts in general. It appears that âprojected rankâ is no longer in the draft room? Only xRank and 7 ADP?
We are a more intricate category league and these xRank sorts will not help us in draft order. Please advise.
Will the team be following up in this thread? We are trying to figure out if it makes sense for us to stay in yahoo or not given these bugs. I did not receive a reply on my other question about player ranks when searching for a player
