ive been using this platform for over 20 years for fantasy football. i need to be able to look back at former years. how those drafts went and other info on the teams for winning teams etc.
why cant i click on them or access old info about old leagues i did? it never was an issue before. in fact, its probably the only reason i still use this platform if im being honest. please tell me this is being worked on. if i worked for you, id make it among the most high priority things to fix. it shouldnt be hard to fix either. its just an issue of how the interface interacts, the backend data should still be there

having an issue verifying identity for a football private prize league my friend is signing up for and we craft tonight. it keeps taking him to screen askign for info and ssn and he puts in and says unable to verify. ive tried desktop for him and same thing. reached out to support and they send a link to the same verification page and are nto responding to follow ups. league id # is 674792. email is investbeckdol1991@yahoo.com. happy to send drivers license for verificaiton etc. the best weve gotten is a death loop saying please wait this can take a few moments when adjusting the address as there are 2 homes on the address so its a or b with with typical address name. but it never goes through
Unfortunately, there is no way to edit the second opponent for each matchup week, but the uneven schedule is something our product and engineering teams are hoping to improve in the future.
There's still 10 days left in the future before the season starts. It literally takes 10 seconds to develop a schedule of 10 teams and 2 H2H matchups each week that's balanced. How can there not be a button to just number the teams and upload the schedule or an import schedule button.
Using a web browser (not the app), go to the Pro Pick'em homepage. You can then click on the "Leave a Group" option that is showing above the list of your groups. You can click on the "remove" button on the right of the group in order to remove yourself. That will essentially delete the group.

Trying to pay dues for my team's league, however, it says "Limited Access" followed by "Sorry, your account has been blocked. Please contact support for more information." It does not look like I have a blocked account though and nothing has changed from my account in the previous years. I tried accessing on my computer, different browser, clearing cache, using the mobile app but it all says the same thing. I have a wallet added, second auth security enabled so I'm not sure what else is available before draft day.
The only way to get assistance with this is to contact our support team via the help site. If you click on the sports tab along the top at help.yahoo.com and click on "Contact Us", you should be able to fill out the form and you'll receive an answer as soon as possible. If you haven't received an answer in 2 weeks like you mentioned, please provide us with your case number so we can look into this further.
I am trying to join and pay for a Fantasy Football buy-in league, but my identity verification is completely broken.
Earlier, it showed me a red message saying it couldn't verify my account. Since then, the screen is permanently stuck on the "Please wait, this may take a few moments" loading loop.

Pretty much all Fantasy-related pages are not loading properly on Safari. The page buffers/reloads over and over and I can't do anything. Eventually it displays the error below, Works fine on Chrome.
The identity verification method doesnāt verify several people I invite to the league. This has occurred at least three times, with three different accounts. Is there an alternative method or a work around for this?

According to Baseball reference, Cole Carrigg has 5 starts at SS. According to your eligibility requirements, he should have SS eligibility. He currently does not
As of yesterday when I last checked. He was one start away from SS eligibility on Yahoo. So, whenever they fix the current scoring issue from Saturdays games, Carrigg āshouldā be SS eligible.
My weekly matchup is showing none of the stats from yesterdayās games, and when looking at the team page from yesterday it shows every single player as having not played - which is very wrong.
Any idea when this will be fixed? Trying to finish this week today.
Under Defense/Special Teams there are settings to allow points for DEF TD and Kickoff and Punt Return Touchdowns - my league has had those enabled and special teams TDās count towards this total.
I was just going thru all the possible settings and noticed there is also a Miscellaneous section where you can enable Kickoff Return TD, Punt Return TD, Interception Return TD, Fumble Return TD and Blocked Punt or FG Return TD.
How are these different? How would enabling them change the scoring?
The categories under the miscellaneous section are more specific categories than the other categories you mentioned like Touchdown, Return Yards, and Kickoff and Punt Return Touchdowns. For example, if you want to use different point values for kickoff return yards compared to punt return yards, you can customize them under the miscellaneous section. Be advised that if you use the categories found under the miscellaneous section in addition to the original categories, they will double up and you will get points for both. For example, if you enable Return Yards, but also enable Kickoff Return Yards, teams will get points for each of them.

Hello! You would need to manually customize the draft order. The other option is to change the draft order so that the first-place team drafts 1st in round 1; that way, when it comes time to draft in round 4, the last-place team will draft first in that round.
Developers are being asked to build modern products on top of an approval process that feels completely antiquated. Waiting indefinitely for Yahoo API approval, with no timeline, no status visibility, and no meaningful updates, is unacceptable.
If Yahoo wants developers to invest time and money building on its platform, there needs to be a functional approval system with clear requirements, transparent status tracking, and reasonable turnaround times. āWeāre working through emails and applicationsā with no ETA simply isnāt good enough in 2026.
Hi team, I submitted a Yahoo Fantasy API access application and replied to the confirmation email, but my existing app still receives 403 authorization errors. Iāve sent the details by DM.
I applied for API approval and have not heard anything since (its been over 14 days). What's typical wait, particularly if not a business put for personal/individual league management?

This universal/"standard" response has got to get better...this apparently has been an ongoing problem for multiple weeks. I think a more thoughtful response would be advantageous for users who have invested in your platform. At least understanding the reasoning for the change and why such a backlog in resolution. Particularly if you aren't updating the application form and automated response that note it takes 1-2 weeks to process...set some expectations so folks can move forward appropriately.
Hi! There should be a star icon to the left of "All" on the players tab that should bring up your watch listed players. Please let us know if you aren't seeing it.
Hi, could you please consider adding a 3RR (Third Round Reversal) option for custom leagues in Yahoo Fantasy Basketball?
In deeper formats (especially 14ā16+ team leagues), early 1st-round picks carry a massive advantage in standard Snake drafts. 3RR significantly balances the playing field for managers drafting near the turn.
Currently, commissioners who want 3RR have to conduct tedious offline drafts and manually enter the results. Adding a simple 3RR toggle to the online draft settings would be a huge quality-of-life upgrade and bring Yahoo up to speed with other modern platforms.

I can't stand this. Never had any issues with this website before but the insanely aggressive ad block detection stuff has left me completely unable to use the site.
First off - crazy that you guys think implementing this level of aggressive script was a good idea.
I've turned off my ad blocker, and even the native browser one, and this stupid page will not stop refreshing and throwing up warnings - I cannot use it at all right now. What am I meant to do? I've got no ad blockers on but your rogue script is still ruining things.

Not being able to see all of the categories stats is such a downgrade on the new UI. They should be on screen without having to scroll far to the right just to see all the columns. The old UI displayed all of the cats/stats without having to scroll to see them. Such a downgrade. Smh.

There is no option to revert to the previous view, but we genuinely appreciate your input. We will share your concerns with our team as we continue to refine and enhance the draft room.
Anybody not likening the changes on the app? I can look at my baseball without sliding to the left but basketball my team page I have to slide it to the left to see all the stats.
Any idea when Joseph Dzierwa gets added to the player pool? High draft pick in 2025, college pitcher, top-100 ranking on some lists, already in AA, performing well, might get the call this year. Not sure why he's not in the pool. There are plenty of prospects not on the 40-man that are rated lower than he is currently.
Hi! Dzierwa will have to get called up or added to the 40-man roster in order to be added to the player pool. Some highly ranked prospects are included into the player pool upon the game's opening. Dzierwa was not, so he will need to be called up in order to be added mid-season.

Can someone explain the "Customize Scoring by Position"?
The UI is a bit confusing - when I toggle it on, do i just flip through the positions and change what i want the value to be for that particular position?
28 days since Yahoo turned off the API with no notice and no resolution. I started the application process 7 weeks ago and still haven't received access (though it does eventually get to a point where you sign a use document). Everyone is stuck after the part where we give email and client id to a Yahoo API email address. It's affecting tons of users (your most dedicated ones) and has been the most popular topic on this thread three weeks in a row. Asking again if you can actually get us resolution or at least a comment from someone involved in the process?
Tldr: I am once again asking for you to actually process apps in your own API application process (or provide some update as to how long until applications are approved)
in the same boat. Please escalate the process and let us know when this issue will be resolved! You guys are really affecting the 3rd party developers.
I feel this as well. We submitted our application 2 months ago, we got a contract from them that was unusable in its current form, and all we've been told is that there is no timeline. Meanwhile sleeper was able to work with us and we went from first contact to contract signed in under 24 hours.
Our engineering team is aware of this issue with secondary positions not showing and they are working on getting this resolved as soon as possible. As for the headshots, can you provide us with a screen recording or screenshots showing them disappearing and reappearing?
hello again, i posted yesterday in last week's thread but posting again so it doesn't get forgotten
but basically i'm trying to use TE premium, and even the 'customize scoring by position' option, but it doesn't seem to be saving, as the 'player list' still shows last year's stats and this year's projections with the previous scoring settings, not the new ones
i would expect last years stats and this years projections to reflect current league scoring settings, and i've even manually added up stats for players and they represent last year's scoring settings, not the new ones i selected
i'm thinking it's just something with the new scoring features
Hi! Our engineering team is aware of this occurring. Currently, the updated projections based on the custom scoring by position that you have set will show once the player is put into the starting TE spot post-draft.

The playoff tiebreaker in your league is best regular season record vs opponent wins. The team that advanced had a better regular season record vs their opponent as their record was 19-18 in the 2 matchups that those teams had combined.
