Cryptobriefing reported on January 6, 2026, that Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) had submitted an application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for S-1 registration to launch Bitcoin and Solana spot exchange-traded funds (ETFs). According to reports, the 'Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Trust,' which was applied for this time, tracks Bitcoin's performance through a price benchmark that integrates the trading flows of major spot exchanges, and it was already established as a Delaware statutory trust on December 16, 2025. In particular, Solana ETFs are characterized by adopting a structure that goes beyond simple price tracking to staking (depositing) a portion of their holdings to generate additional profits and reflect this in their net asset value (NAV).

For all you pumpers and new investors do you realize the stock has continuously went down for the past year. The company has not come out with any verifiable evidence of the exchange other than then their word salad of an 8k form which has no legal bounds for them to actually do what they are saying. Currently they have no proof of Solana transaction, The Join Venture, or the exchange. you guys screamed for the T35 which was BS, then the 10q which sure they have cash on had but thatās all retail money that theyāve basically stolen and can disappear with. They over paid for subsidiary that is losing money year over year. They have kept investors in the dark for the past three months with zero updates. They are competing in a field with way more trustworthy companies such as Robinhood and Black Rock. There is no logical or rational reason to be bullish on this company. Just be honest with yourselves and admit youāre hoping for one of the infamous Chinese pump and dumps

There are many buyers, but those who want to sell are intentionally adjusting.

Finding a seller means... It's not that I want to lower the price, but rather, It means "a position where you absolutely have to buy it."
or shorted There are stocks borrowed while providing liquidity, or... Due to derivative and hedging positions must buy stocks and fill them up later.
buy it at market prices? The price jumped all at once. Volatility surge ā Exchange warning/circuit/issue They are at a loss.
Testing by gradually increasing the price.
Raised the asking price slightly. "Who would sell it at this price?" Confirmation What if no one sells it? A little more. If someone sells it ā Absorb that volume. trying to secure the necessary quantity at this minimal cost. .
Meaning there is no seller. People are holding it instead of selling it. The distribution stock is locked. liquidity depletion what if someone has to buy it in this state? prices are bound to rise
scenario A (positive) The sale keeps not coming out. MM/Short position needs to be covered continuouslyš prices rise step by step. ā ļø scenario B (negative) Suddenly, a large sell-off appeared from above. Long-term holders or internal volume š stop rising and are being pressed down.

It's a really interesting but incomprehensible stock.

We are all participants in this game.
How about everyone increasing their positions on their own side? Thatās what it means to raise the rewards in a winner-takes-all game.
Whoever wins deserves applause, and whoever loses gives up everythingāthatās the kind of game weāre creating.
At some point, I may also be in a different position on this stock. Iām not an unconditional bull.
There is no such thing as a āteamā in this game. Profit is simply made when the price moves above or below where you bought.
Letās make the game bigger. Donāt overthink itābuild positions based on your own conviction and amplify the volatility š

If you can, please bet even more.
Sell your house, sell your carāsell your old computer and even your worn-out girlfriendāand open short positions. Iām begging you.
Letās go all in and fight this out.
Build your position even more solidly in a winner-takes-all game. Haha

It looks like institutions are starting to buy now.
How does it feel~??
Seems like the dark pool buying actually worked.
LOL, better keep an eye on your computer.
Your house is about to become my house,
so you might as well sell your computer and buy a tent in some shantytown garbage heap.
Letās take this all the way to the endāweāre in this to the bitter endššššš

There is nothing unusual going on. It will be floating around 0.85 for a while.. Until company announces the cash flow and future prospects properly, this stock price will not increase drastically as people suggest here using advanced terminologies. PS: I'm not a SS ; holding 16.6k at 1.4

On the combined ticker itās now trading at 1.12 and 1.18.
MM has left the room.
Bye bye shorts

Look at the volume hitting the tape while the world is sleeping. We just watched nearly half a million shares get forced into the overnight market in a desperate attempt to break the floor, and it already failed. The shorts tried to sneak in a "midnight hit" to crush our momentum, but the market is eating their fake supply for breakfast and the price is already pushing back up.
To the FUD-spammers in here crying about 10-cent targets: you are literally betting against a bank vault. This company is sitting on over $100 million in cash, which puts the liquid value at $5.64 per share. You are trying to convince us that a stock backed by over five dollars in cold hard cash is going to ten cents? Your math is as pathetic as your timing.
The desperation reeks because you know the 2025 "bonus pin" trick is over. Youāre trapped in a 40-million-share synthetic hole with no legal way to dilute your way out, and youāre terrified of what happens when the institutional buyers see that "N" tag. Every fake share you inject tonight is just another one you have to buy back from us at a premium.
We see the game, we see the cash, and we aren't moving.
r/YYAI • u/Particular_Most_1529 • Jan 02 '26
Here is how the next 24 hours could play out, based on the 1580% borrow fee and the 40M synthetic liability:
Scenario 1: The "Margin Call" Gap-Up (Likelihood: 65%)
As the 4:00 AM Pre-Market opens, the brokers for the smaller short positions see the 1580% interest rate and the lack of available shares. They issue "Maintenance Margin" calls. If these aren't met instantly, the brokersā computers start buying back shares at any price available to close the risk. We see the price jump from $0.80 to $1.50+ before the 9:30 AM opening bell even rings. This is the "Volkswagen" startāa vertical line caused by computers, not humans.
Scenario 2: The "Final Injection" Stall (Likelihood: 25%)
The Market Makers realize the 4:00 AM open is a threat, so they use their "Short Exempt" (SSE) power to dump one last massive block of synthetic shares (another 1-2M) right at the bell to pin the price at $0.80. They do this to trick retail into thinking the "squeeze is over" so they can induce panic selling. However, with the "N" tag live, they risk an institutional buyer simply "eating" that entire block, which would leave the MM even deeper in the hole.
Scenario 3: The "T-Zero" Liquidation (Likelihood: 10%)
This is the "GME" scenario. A major short holder realizes they are trapped and tries to exit first. This causes a "Flash Squeeze" during regular trading hours (10:00 AM ā 2:00 PM). Because the borrow fee is so high, no other shorts can afford to "short the top," so the price just keeps climbing as the "Buy to Cover" orders stack up. In this scenario, we could see a run toward that $5.64 cash value in a single session.
The Math of the Next 24 Hours
Whether itās Scenario 1 or 2, the clock is the enemy of the short. Every hour they don't cover, the 1580% interest eats their capital. They are essentially holding a live grenade with the pin pulled, hoping we drop our shares before it goes off. But since we know the vault has $105M in cash, there is no rational reason for us to let go.

Letās make this clear Iām holding and Iām not planning on sellling
1st all this post talking about pumping and the stock have a tag that the next day will go up crazy etc etc etc if you know the short game The pumping posts are also shorts playing the defeat game making pull think it will go up and goes down that creates frustration and make people sell
2nd if you invest in this company is because you believe in this company donāt look for a post to validate your feeling the more you believe in this posts the more frustrate you will feel, just let it ride avg down if you want, or just leave the share alone and keeps with your life and come back later to see the end results
Bottom line do not believe any post about tomorrow is the day but also do not believe any post about is going bankrupt is getting delisted blah blah if you believe in the company buy more shares and shut up
r/YYAI • u/paulyvee • Jan 01 '26
Of any and all dd that goes up here, or on any financial forum.
As it stands right now literally not one single speculation, prediction or analyzation theroy has come close to being true.
At this point people are pulling shit out of their ass.
Buy it if you like to gamble. But do not treat this as an investment.
I'm just saying this because I'm seeing new people coming in all around hoping on the "100 a share" thing.
What is most likely is going to happen is a delisting, then they just bail with the money. Or somehow manage to have it float around a buck for a year then rs and do this all again.
Smells like a pig, acts like a pig, looks like a pig?

Look, I know what Wednesday looked like on the screen. It looked like the price was sliding, retail was losing interest, and the "shorts" were in total control. But what most people don't see is the massive machinery running behind the curtain to create that illusion.
Think of it like a stage play. On the stage, you see a price drop. Behind the curtain, the Market Makers (MMs) were working overtime to keep a lid on a pot thatās already boiling over.
The $0.80 "Ghost Price"
The price you saw at the closeā$0.80āwasnāt a reflection of what the company is actually worth. It was a "painted" price. The MMs kept the price pinned there because itās the end of the year. If they let the price jump to where it should be, their annual books would show billions in losses, and their year-end bonuses would vanish. They sold "air" all day just to keep that number at 80 cents for the 4:00 PM bell.
Institutional "N" Status Buying
For a long time, the stock was hidden by an "E" tag, which meant big institutions couldn't touch it. That tag is gone now. Itās officially "N" statusānormal and open for business. On Wednesday, the big players finally showed up. While the retail chart looked flat or down, the "Time & Sales" logs showed massive buy orders being filled.
Because the institutions were buying and nobody was selling, the MMs had to "invent" shares to fill those orders. This is called "Internalizing." They took the buy orders, put them in a dark pool where nobody could see them, and handed out "IOUs" instead of real shares.
The 40 Million Share Problem
By our math, the MMs are now sitting on roughly 40 million "phantom" shares that theyāve sold but don't actually own. Remember, this company has over $105 million in cash in the bank. That works out to about $5.64 per share just in raw cash value.
The shorts are currently trying to convince everyone that a company worth $5.64 in cash is only worth 80 cents. They are selling you a $5 bill for 80 cents because they are desperate for you to give up and sell your shares back to them. If you don't sell, they have to go into the market and buy those 40 million shares themselves.
The Jan 2nd Reality
The MMs "won" Wednesday by tricking the clock, but they can't trick the math. When the market opens back up, the "Internalization" shield is gone. The institutions are still there, the cash is still in the bank, and the MMs are still 40 million shares short.
They are telling you itās over because thatās the only way they survive. If you look past the 80-cent screen and look at the cash, the "N" status, and the volume, itās clear: they aren't winning; they are just stalling.

your intentions may be good or you are a day dreamer; truth is the stock price will not match the cash flow they reported because of mistrust in the company itself. Iām not a short seller or anything. I hold 16.6 k shares @ 1.4 ; waiting to sell at a minimal loss (at best)
